The First Circular Track

Evidence indicates that the first circular track was laid out in a "D" configuration with the flat side of the "D" running alongside of Britain Ave.  The curved side ran through the northern half of the park past the Archway Building.  This layout moved visitors from Britain Ave. and disembarked them at the Archway building to walk through the Arch and down a short road ending at the east end of the pond at the outdoor photographic studio in the valley portion of the park.
